SENIOR DEVOPS / LIQUID STAKING ENGINEER


Your main responsibilities will be: Stake Capital is looking for an experienced DevOps-Liquid Staking to join our expanding team. As a DevOps- Liquid Staking, you will be responsible for implementing automation in the cloud as well as participating in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the crypto ecosystem. Our systems are mainly hosted on Amazon Web Service. Our stack is composed of many services:

  • AWS EC2
  • AWS Lambda / API Gateway stack for internet-facing applications
  • AWS EKS for mutualized internal application hosting
  • AWS CodePipeline for automation
  • Hashicorp Vault for secret management

Our infrastructure management is implemented in a GitOps way with a terragrunt architecture. Your main responsibility will be:

  • Implement scalable, resilient, and secure solutions on AWS.
  • Participate in automation initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and reduce hosting cost
  • Enhance automation and 'Infrastructure as Code' delivery
  • Deliver cloud projects in an Agile environment

  • Participate in research and development to deliver cloud-native solutions


What you will bring:

  • 3+ years provisioning, operating, and managing AWS environments
  • 1+ years operating Kubernetes environments
  • Strong experience with Terraform, experience with setting up CI/CD pipelines.
  • Web3 experience is a plus

  • Fintech infrastructure (event driven) experiences is a plus

QUANT / LIQUID STAKING ENGINEER


Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Design, develop, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies for liquid markets, with a focus on staking and order execution.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, market inefficiencies, and trading opportunities.
  • Implement risk management techniques to ensure the stability and profitability of trading strategies.
  • Collaborate with the quantitative research team to validate and backtest trading models.
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Continuously monitor trading performance and make real-time adjustments as necessary.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including traders and developers, to enhance trading strategies.

What you will bring:


  • Strong background in mathematics, statistics, or a related field with a deep understanding of quantitative trading strategies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java for quantitative analysis and algorithm development.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts, with experience in algorithmic trading preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new market conditions and technology trends.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Experience with capital markets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technologies.

SMART CONTRACT DEVELOPER


Your main responsibilities will be:


We are looking for a Blockchain Developer or a Smart Contracts developer. You will work closely with our Quant, Cloud architect and DevOps team to develop and integrate smart contracts and applications which focus on leveraging the cryptocurrency and overall decentralized technology trends. You will also be in charge to deploy continuous workload pipelines and data ingestion. If you have excellent programming skills, a deep understanding of smart contracts and their design, and a passion for building the applications of the future, we would love for you to get in touch.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in blockchain development.
  • Genuine interest in solving technical challenges, and reasonable autonomy in taking initiatives towards that
  • Strong programming skills in Solidity, Python, JS, TS. Go and Rust is an added advantage
  • Experience in designing, developing and testing smart contracts for a public blockchain
  • Hands on experience in deploying and maintaining smart contracts on a public blockchain
  • Experience in integrating smart contracts to an application frontend
  • MEV and Defi knowledge is an added advantage
  • Ability to make good architectural decisions
  • Experience leading software delivery
  • Good communication and written language skills
